Start the night upstairs in the Top of the Ark for Salsa dance lessons at 6:30PM (see timetable) and then make your way downstairs to the Tavern Bar where Adelaide's best Latino DJ Hugo "El Papi" Salcedo will be playing a scorching hot selection of Salsa, Bachata and Merengue that will have you dancing all night long!
