What we do
LATIN AND BRAZILIAN SAMBA DANCE SHOWS
Get the party started with spicy Salsa, carnival-style Brazilian Samba, smooth and sensual Bachata and much more! Our dancers perform stunning and dynamic dance shows followed by short crowd interaction where we teach your guests some fun and funky dance moves. This is a great way to break the ice and get everybody up on the dance floor.
CARNIVAL-STYLE SAMBA FLOORSHOW
Transport your guests to the streets of Rio de Janeiro with an authentic Brazilian Carnival floorshow! This is truly a magnificent way to bring some real energy to your event with Brazilian Samba dancers in stunning carnival-style costumes and live Brazilian Batucada drummers. Floorshow typically runs for 10-15 minutes.
MACUMBIA BAND
Soul Macumbia are one of Australia’s best and most reknown Latino bands. Led by expat Colombian musician and reknown Latino personality Hugo Salcedo, Soul Macumbia performs an explosive cocktail of Colombian and Cuban rhythms, Caribbean breezes and funky New York vibes to create an irresistible and sizzling hot Latin cocktail that will get any party started. With their uplifting energy, groovy beats and spicy dance moves, Soul Macumbia will add sizzling Latino flavour and energy to any event – big or small!
Latino DJs
Our professional and experienced DJs can cater to any type of event. From a wedding, birthday or corporate Christmas party, our DJs will create the perfect atmosphere and have you dancing all night long with a scorching hot selection of Latino beats as well as Top 40, Hip Hop, RNB, House and much more!
Percussionists and solo guitarists
Our professional musicians will create the perfect atmosphere at your next event! From beautiful and elegant background music to exciting and show-stopping percussion to get the party started.
TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOPS
Bring something different to your next team building activity with Latino Grooves! Our workshops are a great way to have fun, relax, have a laugh and boost team morale and are aimed at an absolute beginner level. We do not expect people to have any prior dance experience and are entirely focused on FUN! Our instructors can come to you or you can come to us in our studio. Workshops range from 20 minutes through to an hour and can incorporate several dance styles and choreography.
